作为后端开发管培生，您将成为驱动我们农业机器人的强大系统的架构师。您将负责设计、开发和部署服务器端逻辑、数据库和API，以实现机器人、用户与其他服务之间的无缝通信。您的工作将确保系统在大规模应用下的可靠性、安全性和高性能。

Job Description:

As a Back-end Graduate Engineer, you will be architecting robust systems that power our agricultural robots. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that facilitate seamless communication among robots, users, and other services. Your work will ensure reliability, security, and high performance at scale.

主要职责：

1. 系统架构：设计、开发与维护服务器、数据库和应用程序的核心架构与业务逻辑。

2. API开发：创建安全、稳定、高效的API接口，为前端、移动端等客户端提供数据与服务。

3. 数据管理：进行数据库设计、优化和数据管理，确保数据完整性、安全性和高效访问。

4. 安全与性能：实施安全措施防止网络攻击，并优化系统以确保高并发下的可扩展性和稳定性。

5. 部署运维：负责或参与应用的部署、监控与运维工作，保障系统线上环境的可靠性。

6. System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain the core architecture and business logic of servers, databases, and applications.

7. API Development: Build secure, stable, and efficient APIs to provide data and services for front-end, mobile, and other clients.

8. Data Management: Handle database design, optimization, and management to ensure data integrity, security, and efficient access.

9. Security & Performance: Implement security measures against cyber threats and optimize systems for scalability and stability under high loads.

10. Deployment & DevOps: Be responsible for or participate in application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure production environment reliability.

岗位要求：

任职要求：

1. 本科或硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件相关专业。

2. 能在快节奏环境中高效设计、实现并测试软件。

3. 熟练使用 Node.js、TypeScript 及常用框架（如 Express、Koa、NestJS、Midway、trpc等）；

4. 熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL、MongoDB 等至少一种数据库及常用设计规范；理解 RESTful API / GraphQL 设计理念，掌握接口安全和权限控制；熟悉常用中间件（如 Redis、MQ、Nginx）及其应用场景；熟练掌握 Git，具备良好的代码规范能力。

5. 拥有积极主动的工作态度，能够在快速原型开发与商业级生产软件之间灵活切换并兼顾质量与效率。

6. 有远程管理系统项目开发经验，熟悉ROS或其他机器人操作系统者优先。

7. 拥有优秀的沟通能力与团队协作精神，同时具备独立解决复杂问题的能力。

8. 英语流利，能够与英国团队协作。

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; some relevant software development experience is required.

2. Ability to efficiently design, implement, and test software in a fast-paced environment.

3. Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and commonly used frameworks such as Express, Koa, NestJS, Midway, and tRPC. 

4. Experienced with at least one database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, and familiar with standard design practices. Strong understanding of RESTful API and GraphQL design principles, with knowledge of API security and access control. Skilled in working with common middleware such as Redis, message queues (MQ), and Nginx, with hands-on application experience. Proficient in Git, with strong coding standards and team collaboration skills.

5. Proactive work attitude, capable of switching between rapid prototyping and commercial-grade

 software development while balancing quality and efficiency.

6. Experience in remote management system projects; familiarity with ROS or other robot operating systems is preferred.

7. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, coupled with the ability to independently solve complex problems.

8. Fluency in English, able to work with the team in the UK.
