岗位职责：

职位描述：参与研发项目中涉及从概念到生产阶段的机械设计，设计、开发和测试农业机器人的机械系统。熟练使用CAD和有限元分析（FEA）工具，并对适用于机器人平台及应用制造的各种生产方法有深入了解。具备良好的BOM（物料清单）管理和供应链管理能力，与多部门协调推动机器人产品的快速落地。

Job Description:Participate in mechanical design from concept to production in R&D projects, designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems for agricultural robots. Proficient in CAD and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools, with deep knowledge of various production methods applicable to robotic platforms and manufacturing. Strong ability in BOM (Bill of Materials) management and supply chain coordination, collaborating with multiple departments to accelerate the deployment of robotic products.

主要职责：

1. 参与机器人产品和测试平台的部件结构设计和优化，能使用专业软件对常用机械传动和结构强度进行计算分析。

2. 参与机器人组件和总成的3D和2D CAD设计，开展故障分析并实施改进措施，以提升可靠性。

3. 熟悉常见机械加工工艺，在结构设计中考虑零部件的可制造性和可装配性。

4. 与电气工程师和软件工程师协作，确保各系统的集成落地。

5. 确保设计符合行业标准、安全规范以及合理的成本控制。

6. 协助物料清单（BOM）的建立与维护，联系、组织供应商，完成零部件制造、装配、测试。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in structural design and optimization of robotic products and test platforms, using professional software for calculation and analysis of mechanical transmission and structural strength.

2. Engage in 3D and 2D CAD design of robotic components and assemblies, conduct failure analysis, and implement improvements to enhance reliability.

3. Familiar with common mechanical processing techniques, considering manufacturability and assemble ability in structural design.

4. Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to ensure integration and implementation of systems.

5. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in robotics, drone, or mechanical design competitions.

6. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and cost control requirements.

7. Assist in establishing and maintaining BOMs, liaising with suppliers to complete part manufacturing, assembly, and testing.

任职要求：

1. 本科或硕士及以上学历，机械工程等相关专业。

2. 有机器人或汽车相关项目的CAD设计经历，对SolidWorks软件有深入了解者优先。

3. 熟悉运用FEA软件进行仿真分析，并能根据分析结果理解和实施设计上的优化。

4. 对机械及电子电气生产技术有较深了解，熟悉CNC加工、钣金、焊接和塑料注塑成型等生产工艺。

5. 参加过机器人、无人机、机械设计等竞赛经历者优先。

6. 善于解决问题，能够在团队中高效协作，共同应对挑战。

7. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，推动试制项目的顺利完成。

8. 英语流利（CET-6优先) ，能够与英国团队协作，能阅读技术论文、标准及法规优先。

9. 认同多元、包容、使命和结果导向的文化。

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

2. Experience in CAD design for robotics or automotive projects; proficiency in SolidWorks is preferred.

3. Familiar with FEA software for simulation analysis and able to interpret results to implement design 

Optimizations.

4. Deep understanding of mechanical and electromechanical production technologies, familiar with processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal, welding, and plastic injection molding.

5. With a background in robotics, UAV, or mechanical design competitions is preferred.

6. Strong problem-solving skills, able to collaborate efficiently within teams to address challenges.

7. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills to drive prototype projects to completion.

8. Fluency in English（CET-6 preferred), able to work with the UK team and read technical papers, standards, and regulations.
