岗位职责：

职位描述：协助农业机器人电子控制器的嵌入式软件开发与测试。涉及机器人主要的电子控制器有：AI计算平台、电机驱动器、人机交互控制器、传感测量控制器、未来新型需求控制器等。

Job Description:As a Graduate Engineer (Embedded Software Development), contribute to the development and testing of embedded software for our agricultural robots' electronic control systems. Gain hands-on experience with a range of technologies, including AI computing platforms, motor drivers, HMI controllers, sensing modules, and next-generation controllers.

主要职责：

1. 参与机器人产品端软件需求分析，制定通讯协议和软件方案。

2. 参与编写单片机底层和应用程序以实现预期功能，撰写相关软件文档。

3. 参与制定测试计划，开发测试程序，协同其他部门进行功能性验证。

4. 协助分析产品问题，迭代优化，整理编写开发文档，共建知识库。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in requirement analysis for robot product-side software, contributing to the formulation of communication protocols and software solutions.

2. Participate in writing microcontroller (low-level) and application-layer code to achieve desired functionalities, and document related software.

3. Participate in creating test plans, developing test programs, and collaborating with other departments for functional validation.

4. Assist in analyzing product issues, performing iterative optimizations, organizing and preparing development documentation, and contributing to the company’s knowledge base.

岗位要求：

任职要求：

1. 本科或硕士及以上学历，电子信息、电机工程、控制工程、汽车工程、计算机、物理等相关专业。

2. 有嵌入式软件开发相关经验优先，熟悉电路原理图。

3. 熟悉嵌入式C语言开发和测试，具备一定的单片机开发经验，例如STM32/英飞凌Aurix系列等。

4. 熟悉CAN，以太网等常见通信接口原理，具备编写驱动及优化的能力。

5. 能在快节奏环境中高效设计、实现并测试软件。

6. 有机器人、汽车、工业类等高可靠性产品开发经验者优先。

7. 有电机控制、 HMI人机界面、传感器信号处理等项目经历者优先。

8. 拥有积极主动的工作态度，能够在快速原型开发与商业级生产软件之间灵活切换并兼顾质量与效率。

9. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能高效地与硬件团队对接。

10. 英语流利（CET-6优先) ，能够与英国团队协作。

11. 认同多元、包容、使命和结果导向的文化。

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields.

2. Experience in embedded software development; familiarity with circuit schematics.

3. Proficient in embedded C development and testing, with practical experience in microcontroller development (e.g., STM32, Infineon Aurix series).

4. Familiar with the principles of common communication interfaces like CAN, Ethernet, with the ability to develop and optimize drivers.

5. Ability to efficiently design, implement, and test software in a fast-paced environment.

6. Experience in developing high-reliability products (e.g., robotics, automotive, industrial applications) is preferred.

7. Project experience in motor control, HMI development, or sensor signal processing is preferred.

8. Proactive work attitude, capable of switching between rapid prototyping and commercial-grade software development while balancing quality and efficiency.

9. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with hardware teams.

10. Fluency in English（CET-6 preferred), able to work with the team in the UK.
