职位描述：您将深入农业机器人产品的核心，为确保其可靠性、安全性与稳定性贡献力量。您将接受系统化的测试方法与工具培训，参与从模块测试到系统集成测试的全流程，直面机器人软硬件结合带来的独特挑战，成长为保障机器人产品质量的关键一员。

Job Description:As an Embedded Software Testing Graduate Engineer, you will delve into the core of our agricultural robot products, contributing to their reliability, safety, and stability. You will receive systematic training in testing methodologies and tools, participate in the full testing lifecycle from module to system integration testing, tackle the unique challenges of robot software-hardware integration, and grow into a key member ensuring product quality.

主要职责：

1. 参与制定和执行嵌入式软件测试计划、编写测试用例，对机器人底层驱动、通信协议、控制算法等模块进行白盒、黑盒及灰盒测试。

2. 搭建和维护硬件在环（HIL）测试平台，协助开发与执行自动化测试脚本，提升测试效率。

3. 参与整机功能、性能、可靠性及耐久性测试，记录并跟踪缺陷，协助开发工程师定位和复现问题。

4. 编写清晰的测试报告，对测试结果进行统计分析，评估软件质量风险并提出改进建议。

5. 与嵌入式软件、硬件及算法团队紧密协作，深入理解产品设计，从测试角度为产品开发提供输入。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in formulating and executing embedded software test plans, writing test cases, and performing white-box, black-box, and gray-box testing on modules such as robot drivers, communication protocols, and control algorithms.

2. Set up and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test platforms; assist in developing and executing automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.

3. Participate in full-machine functional performance, reliability, and durability testing; record and track defects; assist development engineers in locating and reproducing issues.

4. Write clear test reports, perform statistical analysis on test results, assess software quality risks, and provide improvement suggestions.

5. Collaborate closely with embedded software, hardware, and algorithm teams to deeply understand product design and provide input from a testing perspective.

岗位要求：

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电子信息、自动化、测控技术与仪器等相关专业。

2. 掌握C/C++/Python等至少一门编程语言，具备良好的代码阅读能力。

3. 了解嵌入式系统的基本原理，对单片机、ARM等平台有基本认知。

4. 具备扎实的计算机和软件工程基础，了解软件测试的基本理论和方法。

5. 具备强烈的责任心和严谨的逻辑思维，对发现和解决问题有浓厚兴趣。

6. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应快节奏、多任务的工作环境。

7. 有嵌入式系统课程设计、电子竞赛或相关实习经验者优先。

8. 英语流利（CET-6优先) ，能够与英国团队协作。

9. 认同多元、包容、使命和结果导向的文化。

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Automation, Measurement & Control Technology, or related fields.

2. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C/C++/Python, with good code-reading ability.

3. Understanding of the fundamental principles of embedded systems; basic knowledge of platforms like MCU or ARM.

4. Solid foundation in computer science and software engineering; understanding of basic software testing theories and methods.

5. Strong sense of responsibility and rigorous logical thinking; keen interest in discovering and solving problems.

6. Good communication skills and team spirit; ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment.

7. Experience with embedded system course projects, electronic competitions, or relevant internships is preferred.

8. Fluency in English（CET-6 preferred), able to work with the team in the UK.
