研发管培生（机器视觉方向）

岗位职责：

职位描述：作为研发管培生 （机器视觉（CV）方向），参与视觉模型和系统的开发、集成、部署和维护，和团队一起推动机器视觉在农业机器人领域的持续创新和应用。Job Description:As a Computer Vision (CV) Graduate Engineer, you will participate in the development, integration, deployment, and maintenance of visual models and systems. You will collaborate with the team to drive continuous innovation and application of machine vision in the field of agricultural robotics.

主要职责：

1. 参与开发与维护农业机器人应用领域的机器视觉算法。

2. 参与跟踪机器视觉领域的最新研究动态，高效迭代现有算法，持续提高机器视觉性能。

3. 参与将算法部署和应用于农业场景，包括果蔬状态检测、病虫害检测等。

4. 参与设计和改进深度学习模型，为客户提供精准且高效的技术解决方案。

5. 参与扩展并高效管理数据集，用于算法的训练、验证与测试。

6. 参与优化并将高性能的机器视觉算法集成至机器人软件框架中，以提升客户数据展示效果及实现实时应用功能。

7. 参与相关成果展示，支持业务部门同事开拓客户及合作伙伴。

8. 参与软件文档撰写、维护及版本管理工作。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development and maintenance of computer vision algorithms for agricultural robotics applications.

2. Stay up to date with the latest research trends in computer vision and efficiently iterate on existing algorithms to continuously improve performance.

3. Deploy and apply algorithms in real-world agricultural scenarios, including fruit/vegetable state detection and pest/disease detection.

4. Design and improve deep learning models to provide customers with accurate and efficient technical solutions.

5. Expand and efficiently manage datasets for algorithm training, validation, and testing.

6. Optimize and integrate high-performance computer vision algorithms into the robot software framework to enhance data visualization and enable real-time functionality.

7. Participate in demonstrating project outcomes to support business development with clients and partners.

8. Contribute to writing and maintaining software documentation and version control management.

岗位要求：

任职要求：

1. 本科或硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、物理、控制工程、电子信息或其他视觉算法相关专业。

2. 熟悉Python，熟悉PyTorch等主流开发框架之一，了解ROS机器人操作系统者优先。

3. 熟悉图像采集与数据处理的基本流程，包括相机的基础参数与原理、图像变换、立体视觉及其他深度计算方法。

4. 熟悉计算机视觉与深度学习方法，特别是目标检测、目标跟踪及数据增强，能够跟进并应用最新研究成果。

5. 能在快节奏环境中高效设计、实现并测试软件。

6. 拥有积极主动的工作态度，能够在快速原型开发与商业级生产软件之间灵活切换并兼顾质量与效率。

7. 拥有优秀的沟通能力与团队协作精神，同时具备独立解决复杂问题的能力。

8. 具备基础英语能力，能够阅读技术论文和相关标准。能够与英国团队高效协作者优先（CET-6优先) 。

11. 参加过计算机、人工智能、机器人、无人机等相关竞赛者优先。

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Control Engineering, Electronic Information, or other vision algorithm-related fields.

2. Proficient in Python; familiar with at least one mainstream framework such as PyTorch; experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) is preferred.

3. Understanding of image acquisition and data processing pipelines, including basic camera parameters/principles, image transformation, stereo vision, and other depth calculation methods.

4. Knowledge of computer vision and deep learning techniques, especially in object detection, tracking, and data augmentation; able to apply cutting-edge research in practice.

5. Ability to efficiently design, implement, and test software in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proactive work attitude, capable of switching between rapid prototyping and commercial-grade software development while balancing quality and efficiency.

7. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to independently solve complex problems.

8. Basic English skills, able to read technical papers, standards, and regulations. Fluent in English and capable of collaborating effectively with the UK team will be preferred（CET-6 preferred).

11. Participation in competitions in computer science, AI, robotics, or drones will be preferred.
