职位描述:参与农业机器人导航及自动驾驶系统核心算法的研发工作,重点涉及多传感器融合、SLAM、路径规划、决策控制等关键技术。为复杂农业场景构建智能、安全、可靠的自动驾驶系统,同时积累可迁移至更广泛自动驾驶领域的技术能力。
Job Description:Participate in the development of core algorithms for agricultural robot navigation and autonomous driving systems, with a focus on multi-sensor fusion, SLAM, path planning, make robot decision for real-world applications, and control technologies. Contribute to building intelligent, safe, and reliable autonomous systems for complex agricultural environments while gaining cross-domain expertise applicable to broader autonomous driving scenarios.
主要职责:
参与自动驾驶系统架构设计与开发,包括感知、定位、规划、决策、控制等模块。
开发并优化多传感器融合算法(激光雷达、摄像头、IMU、GPS等),实现精准环境感知与稳定定位。
实现并优化SLAM算法(视觉SLAM/激光SLAM),支持动态环境下的实时建图与导航;掌握并应用 EKF 等滤波方法,实现多传感器融合与状态估计,提升定位与导航的鲁棒性。
研究应用路径规划与决策算法(A*、RRT、APF 等),实现安全、高效的避障与导航;具备多机协同规划与调度能力(如任务分配、分布式路径规划与避障),支持多机器人系统的高效协作。
进行仿真测试与实车验证,分析系统性能,持续优化算法稳定性与可靠性。
跟踪机器人与自动驾驶领域前沿技术,探索其在农业场景的应用可能。
与机械、电气、软件团队协作,完成自动驾驶系统的集成与验证。
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the design and development of autonomous system architectures, including perception, positioning, planning, make decision, and control modules.
Develop and optimize multi-sensor fusion algorithms (LiDAR, camera, IMU, GPS, etc.) to achieve accurate environmental perception and robust localization.
Implement and improve SLAM algorithms (visual SLAM/LiDAR SLAM) to support real-time mapping and navigation in dynamic environments, while applying filtering methods such as EKF for multi-sensor fusion and state estimation to enhance the robustness of localization and navigation.
Research and apply path planning and make decision algorithms (A*, RRT, APF, etc.) to enable safe and efficient obstacle avoidance and navigation, and develop multi-robot collaborative planning and schedule capabilities (e.g., task allocation, distributed path planning, and obstacle avoidance) to support efficient coordination in multi-robot systems.
Conduct simulation testing and real-world validation, analyze system performance, and continuously optimize algorithm stability and reliability.
Stay updated on cutting-edge technologies in robotics and autonomous driving, and explore their application in agricultural scenarios.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to integrate and validate autonomous driving systems.

任职要求:
本科/硕士/博士学历,计算机、自动化、电子信息、车辆工程、数学等相关专业。
扎实的C++/Python编程能力,具备Linux开发经验。
掌握机器人学基础:运动学、动力学、多传感器融合等。
了解SLAM算法(视觉/激光SLAM)、EKF 等滤波及常见路径规划算法。
熟悉自动驾驶框架(如Autoware、Apollo)或机器人操作系统(ROS/ROS2)者优先。
有深度学习框架(PyTorch/TensorFlow)或感知算法经验者优先。
具备较强分析解决问题能力,能独立工作并融入团队。
英语流利(CET-6优先) ,能够与国际团队协作并阅读技术资料。
对智慧农业、机器人及可持续技术发展充满热情。
Qualifications:
Undergraduate, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
Solid programming skills in C++/Python, with experience in Linux development environments.
Understanding of robotics fundamentals: kinematics, dynamics, multi-sensor fusion, etc.
Knowledge of SLAM algorithms (visual/lidar SLAM), filtering methods such as EKF, and common path planning algorithms.
Familiarity with robot operating systems (ROS/ROS2) or autonomous driving frameworks (such as Autoware, Apollo) is preferred
Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) or perception algorithms is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and in teams.
Fluency in English(CET-6 preferred), able to collaborate with international teams and read technical literature.
Passion for intelligent agriculture, robotics, and sustainable technology development.
