制造管培生（工艺与制造技术方向）

岗位职责：

职位描述：参与农业机器人产品从试产到大规模量产的全过程，参与制定生产工艺流程、设计工装夹具、优化生产线布局，并解决生产过程中的各类问题。深入应用精益生产理念，持续提升产品质量、生产效率和制程能力。具备出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力，确保产品在制造端的高质量、高效率与低成本落地。

Job Description:Participate in the entire process from trial production to mass production of agricultural robots. Participate in developing manufacturing processes, designing tools and fixtures, optimizing production line layout, and solving various production issues. Apply lean manufacturing principles to continuously improve product quality, production efficiency, and process capability. Possess excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills to ensure high quality, high efficiency, and low-cost product manufacturing.

主要职责：

1. 参与新产品的试制（NPI）与导入，参与产品可制造性（DFM）和可装配性（DFA）评审，并参与制定量产工艺方案。

2. 设计、开发和验收生产所需的工装、夹具、治具及测试设备，确保生产线的稳定性和可靠性。

3. 编制和优化生产工艺指导文件（SOP）、质量控制点（QC）和维护保养规程，并对生产线操作人员进行培训与指导。

4. 深入生产现场，快速分析并解决生产过程中的机械装配、电气连接、质量检测等异常问题，并实施长效改进措施。

5. 与研发和质量部门紧密协作，推动设计变更（ECN）在生产端的顺利实施，并对不合格品进行根本原因分析及处理。

6. 应用精益生产工具，持续优化生产节拍，消除浪费，提升生产效率和产品直通率。

7. 协助进行供应商的开发与管理，参与关键外协零部件的工艺评审与质量验证。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and the Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews, assist in the development of mass production process solutions.

2. Design, develop, and validate tools, fixtures, jigs, and testing equipment required for production to ensure line stability and reliability.

3. Develop and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control points, and maintenance protocols, and provide training to production line operators.

4. Work on the production floor to quickly analyze and resolve issues related to mechanical assembly, electrical connections, quality inspection, and implement long-term corrective actions.

5. Collaborate closely with R&D and quality departments to ensure smooth implementation of engineering change notices (ECNs) and conduct root cause analysis for non-conforming products.

6. Apply lean manufacturing tools to continuously optimize production cycle times, eliminate waste, and improve production efficiency and first-pass yield.

7. Assist in supplier development and management and participate in process reviews and quality validation of key outsourced components.

任职要求：

1. 本科或硕士学历，机械工程、工业工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。

2. 有制造业（如汽车、消费电子、医疗器械、机器人等）相关实习或项目经验，对精益生产、质量管理工具有基本认知者优先。

3. 熟练使用制图软件（如SolidWorks, AutoCAD）进行工装夹具的设计；了解基本电路图及气动原理图者更佳。

4. 具备扎实的机械基础；熟悉常见的金属及非金属材料特性，以及CNC、钣金、注塑、焊接等加工与连接工艺者更佳。

5. 具备强烈的问题解决能力和动手能力，能适应快节奏的生产环境，并能进行有效的数据分析和报告撰写。

6. 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与一线工人、工程师及管理层进行有效沟通。

7. 英语流利（CET-6优先) ，能够与英国团队协作并阅读技术论文、标准及法规。

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate, Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

2. Internship or project experience in manufacturing industries (e.g., automotive, consumer electronics, medical devices, robotics); basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality management tools is preferred.

3. Proficient in using cartographic software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design; understanding of basic circuit diagrams and pneumatic schematics is a plus.

4. Solid mechanical engineering foundation, familiar with common metal and non-metal material properties, and processing/joining techniques such as CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, and welding is a plus.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on ability, adaptable to fast-paced production environments, with competence in data analysis and report writing.

6. Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively interact with production workers, engineers, and management.

7. Fluency in English(CET-6 preferred), able to work with the team in the UK and read technical papers, standards, and regulations.
