研发管培生（工业设计方向）

岗位职责：

职位描述：作为工业设计管培生，您将直接参与农业机器人产品从概念到量产的全流程设计工作。您将与团队一起探索如何让机器人在农业场景中既专业可靠又人性化，共同塑造下一代农业机器人的产品语言和用户体验。

Job Description:As an Industrial Design Graduate Engineer, you will directly participate in the entire design process of agricultural robot products from concept to mass production. You will work with the team to explore how to make robots both professional and user-friendly in agricultural scenarios, collectively shaping the product language and user experience of the next generation of agricultural robots.

主要职责：

1. 参与用户调研和产品可用性测试，深入理解农业场景下的用户需求和使用痛点。

2. 协助进行机器人及相关设备的用户体验优化，参与硬件团队的头脑风暴，开展外观概念探索、造型设计和结构优化。

3. 独立完成设计草图、效果图、3D模型等设计方案输出，参与设计评审和方案迭代。

4. 在导师指导下，学习在设计中综合考虑成本、生产工艺、结构可行性和CMF（颜色、材料与工艺）。

5. 与结构工程师、硬件工程师紧密协作，学习将设计方案转化为可落地的产品。

6. 参与公司其他创新产品的设计项目，积累多品类产品设计经验。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in user research and product usability testing to deeply understand user needs and pain points in agricultural scenarios.

2. Assist in optimizing the user experience of robots and related equipment, participate in brainstorming sessions with hardware teams, and explore appearance concepts, styling design, and structural optimization.

3. Independently complete design outputs including sketches, renderings, and 3D models; participate in design reviews and iterative improvements.

4. Under the guidance of a mentor, learn to comprehensively consider cost, production processes, structural feasibility, and CMF (Color, Material, and Finishing) in design.

5. Collaborate closely with structural engineers and hardware engineers to learn how to translate design concepts into feasible products.

6. Participate in design projects for other innovative products within the company, gaining experience in multi-category product design.

任职要求：

1. 本科或硕士学历，工业设计、产品设计相关专业。

2. 熟练使用Rhino、SolidWorks、KeyShot等至少两款主流设计与渲染工具，具备良好的手绘表达能力。

3. 对机器人、智能硬件或农业科技领域有浓厚兴趣，能够从用户场景出发思考设计问题。

4. 具备良好的审美能力和创新思维，同时愿意学习理解工程实现的约束。

5. 具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够用英文进行日常工作交流(CET-6优先）。

6. 热爱设计，学习能力强，有责任心，能够适应快节奏的创业环境。

7. 有实习经历、设计竞赛获奖或完整项目经验者优先。

8. 认同多元、包容、使命和结果导向的文化。

9. 欢迎对农业、自然和可持续发展充满热情的小伙伴。

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate, Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related fields.

2. Proficient in at least two mainstream design and rendering tools such as Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, with good hand-drawing skills.

3. Strong interest in robotics, smart hardware, or agricultural technology, with the ability to think about design problems from user scenarios.

4. Good aesthetic sensibility and innovative thinking, while willing to understand engineering constraints.

5. Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to communicate in English for daily work（CET-6 is preferred).

6. Passion for design, fast learning ability, responsible, and adaptable to fast-paced startup environment.

7. Internship experience, design competition awards, or complete project experience is preferred.

8. Embrace a diverse, inclusive, mission-driven, and results-oriented culture.

9. Passion for agriculture, nature, and sustainable development is highly welcomed.
