As a core member of the robotics team, you will be responsible for system architecture design, integration verification, and cross-disciplinary coordination of embodied AI agricultural robots. You will ensure the seamless collaboration of mechanical, electrical, software, and algorithm subsystems to achieve high performance and reliability in complex agricultural environments.

主要职责：

1. 参与具身智能农业机器人集成方案的软硬件设计、产品开发。

2. 参与具身智能算法模型在农业机器人技能学习、动作规划、抓取操作等应用上的研发，实现多场景多任务的泛化。

3. 参与运动控制、路径规划、导航及抓取操作等具身智能算法的系统集成与实机验证，评估算法性能并对系统实现提出优化建议。

4. 负责机器人系统多种传感器（如3D相机、激光雷达、IMU）、执行器及控制器的选型、配置与集成，确保数据流与控制流的稳定可靠。

5. 与软件及硬件团队紧密协作，管理设计接口（Interface），推动技术决策，确保最终产品符合系统设计要求。

6. 编写系统设计文档、测试报告及技术规范，维护系统需求跟踪矩阵，确保技术状态清晰可控。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in software and hardware design, product development of embodied intelligence agricultural robot integration program.

2. Participate in the research and development of embodied intelligence algorithmic model on the application of agricultural robot skill learning, action planning, grasping operation, etc., to realize the generalization of multi-scene and multi-task.

3. Participate in the system integration and real-world validation of embodied AI algorithms (e.g., motion control, path planning, navigation, grasping); evaluate algorithm performance and propose optimization suggestions.

4. Responsible for the selection, configuration, and integration of various robot sensors (e.g., 3D cameras, LiDAR, IMU), actuators, and controllers to ensure stable and reliable data and control flows.

5. Collaborate closely with software, and hardware teams; manage design interfaces and drive technical decisions to ensure final product compliance with system design requirements.

6. Prepare system design documents, test reports, and technical specifications; maintain system requirement traceability matrices to ensure clear and controllable technical status.

任职要求：

1. 硕士或博士学历，自动化、机器人工程、计算机科学、电子信息、机电一体化等相关专业。

2. 熟悉 Python 和/或 C++，具备良好的编程能力。

3. 具备系统的机器人知识体系，对机器人感知（如SLAM、3D视觉）、决策规划、运动控制等至少一个领域有深入理解或项目经验。

4. 熟悉机器人操作系统（ROS/ROS2），具备基于ROS的机器人系统开发、调试或集成经验。

5. 具备较强的系统工程思维，能够理解并协调机械、硬件与软件之间的依赖关系和约束条件。

6. 出色的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能基于测试数据对系统性能进行量化分析并推动改进。

7. 强烈的责任心、出色的跨团队沟通与协作能力，对农业机器人技术商业化充满热情。

8. 有具身智能、服务机器人、自动驾驶等复杂系统集成项目经验者优先。

9. 具备良好的英语能力，能够与英国团队协作并阅读技术论文、标准及法规,CET-6优先。

10. 认同多元、包容、使命和结果导向的文化。

Qualifications:

1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Automation, Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Information, Mechatronics, or related fields.

2. Proficient in Python and/or C++, with solid programming skills.

3. Systematic knowledge of robotics, with in-depth understanding or project experience in at least one area: perception (e.g., SLAM, 3D vision), make decision and planning, or motion control.

4. Familiar with Robot Operating System (ROS/ROS2), with experience in ROS-based robot development, debugging, or integration.

5. Strong systems engineering mindset, with the ability to understand and coordinate the dependencies and constraints between mechanics, hardware, and software.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to perform quantitative analysis of system performance based on test data and drive improvements.

7. Strong sense of responsibility, outstanding cross-team communication and collaboration skills, passionate about commercializing agricultural robot technologies.

8. (Preferred) Experience in embodied AI, service robots, autonomous driving, or other complex system integration projects.

9. Good English skills, with the ability to collaborate with the UK team and read technical papers, standards, and regulations (CET-6 preferred).
